
Well I always wonder what people meant by "ATTITUDE", when they say others have an attitude problem. I have seen my friends saying that "OH GOD, that lady/guy have big time attitude"...Yeah sometimes I also say. But I think if we judge others with their attitude, we need to analyze our self first... If the person whoz sitting next to you says something which you don’t like, we can not say that he/she has an attitude. It is wrong... the reverse can also happen. They may also think in the same way what we think about others... We need to learn how to empathize.. How to put our self in other's shoes and see from his/her prospective. In that case we will be able to understand them. Whenever I interview a candidate, the Line Manager used to say "please check whether he/she got an attitude problem”. And I had to reject people by analyzing so... And they were capable of doing the work in a better way. From that time I started thinking why are we avoiding people by saying that they have attitude..By anlaysing people what we do is, we are showing our attitude..

Well!!!with reference to your blog about attitude......i would point two things:
ReplyDelete1. Yes, in personal contacts like friendship, relatives, etc etc i totally agree with u.. even we have to put overself in other's shoe...
2. But in a professional way i totally disagree with u...we have to check whether the person whom we are intervewing is having any attitude problem cuz attitude in professional way define his/her way of handling things/ facing the situation, interaction, maintaining work atmospher/ office culture ...like that it defines lot of X factors which a HR shud knw always..
Here in professional life we have diff way to analyse a persons attitude, i knw for exp people there will be a 100 ways for the same. But wat i prefer as a simple and easy way is to strt with a friendly talk and most imp there shud be a flow/ balance in terms of the words cuming from his/ her mouth which shud be proportional to the understanding power of his/ her mind, which an be judge while interactions...

ReplyDelete1. Before we going to say the he/she have a attitude problem we need to think few points in our side ..
* Whether we are correct in all.
* Whether we are analyzed he/she very well.
* Basically , very person will have different kind of the attitude , when we very close to he/she then only we can able to judge so thing else we can't...
So, In my knowledge very he/she having a good attitude if it is changing then the time and environment is hipping to change his.her.
What's your thought about this my dear archu...
